Open the stay and choose Book on Airbnb. Dates and the nightly price are on that listing. Long-term homes are separate — those use the Rentec application.

How do I apply for a long-term rental?
Open the home and choose Apply on Rentec. The application is for that unit and goes into our Rentec Direct account. Every adult who will live in the home should apply.
What do I need to qualify for a long-term rental?
Household income should be at least three times the rent. Lawful income counts, and a housing voucher is judged on the amount you pay, not the full rent. Occupancy is no more than two people per bedroom, and everyone who will live there counts. We also review credit and pets. An eviction judgment from the last five years can be a denial. We do not count a dismissed case, a case you won, or rent debt from April 1, 2020 through March 1, 2022. An assistance animal is not a pet. The full rules are on the Tenants page.
What does management cost me as an owner?
Management is 8–10% of the rent, depending on the property and what it needs. The rental analysis is free, and we name the exact fee before you sign anything.
How do current tenants pay rent or request repairs?
Use the Rentec Direct tenant portal. For anything that can’t wait, call the office. You reach a person, not a phone tree.
