We price it, photograph it, and put it where people are looking
When a home comes vacant, you should not be writing the ad or answering “is this still available?” We handle all of that. The price, the photos, and the listing are done here, for this market.
The rent is set from the local market
A home priced too high sits empty, and an empty month costs more than a slightly lower rent. Before we list, we look at what similar homes are actually renting for, from Glendale and Cave Junction through Grants Pass, Medford, Phoenix, Talent, Eagle Point, and Ashland. You get that number, and the management fee, before you sign anything.
Photos come before the listing
People decide from the pictures. We photograph the home and publish the vacancy on this website with the rent, the details, and the application for that exact address. If the photos do not make someone want to see it, we are not ready to list it.
It goes out through Rentec, not a stack of emails
The same listing is sent through Rentec Direct to the rental sites that accept our feed. Anyone who finds the home applies into our account, so we are not chasing messages across five websites.
